EnerG2's new line puts a charge into battery world

An energy storage company that makes its wares in Albany has unveiled its newest line of nano-structured materials that aim to radically improve battery capacity, cycle life and charging efficiency.
EnerG2, which is based in Seattle, rolled out its nano-structured hard carbon, for lithium-ion batteries, on Monday. The batteries come from the world’s first manufacturing plant in the world dedicated to the commercial-scale production of engineered carbon material.
